About
I am a dedicated and experienced educator with over 13 years of teaching experience in elementary education, handling Grades 3 to 6 across core subjects such as English, Mathematics, and Science. Prior to classroom teaching, I also worked for six years as an ESL teacher at the Center of Premier International Language Studies (CPILS), where I developed strong communication skills and cultural sensitivity while teaching diverse learners.
Throughout my career, I have been an advocate of differentiated instruction, inclusive education, and learner-centered teaching strategies. I design engaging lessons that cater to varied learning needs and abilities, ensuring that all students are supported and challenged appropriately. I value classroom management, collaboration, and the use of creative activities to build confidence, teamwork, and critical thinking among learners.
My achievements include consistent positive feedback from supervisors, successful classroom observations, and active participation in school programs, publications, and co-curricular activities that promote holistic development. I am passionate about professional growth and continuously seek opportunities to improve my teaching practices, learn from global educational systems, and share best practices with colleagues and students.
As an educator, my goal is not only to teach academic skills but also to inspire lifelong learning, respect for culture, and responsible global citizenship.
