I am an enthusiastic teacher of English Language who is passionate to ensure inclusion and diversity in the classroom. I seek to guide my students and accommodate everyone regardless of attitude, challenges and capabilities to achieve greater success.
Coming from a different socio-cultural background, I anticipate the challenges ahead in managing students so I have developed the requisite classroom management skills and braced myself for the task ahead.
I seek to ensure efficient and effective lesson delivery through effective class management and collaboration and above all, make it fun to arouse the interest of learners.
My teaching philosophy thrives on learner centered approach. I subscribe to the learner-centered teaching method which empowers and motivates the students to realize their full potential by providing support and guidance to achieve the learning outcomes.
