I describe myself as industrious, resourceful and committed worker, who's also loyal, adaptable and a high achiever. Every learner is uniquely endowed and if given equal opportunities and a conducive environment they can all do exploits. I've a huge track record of student excellence. I utilize proven style and methodology that has worked over the years. I use differentiated approach, drawing an Individualized Education Plan to ensure all my learners add value and rise to their highest potential. I also use peer teaching , collaboration among other methodology to allow my students learn from themselves as well as myself. In a forty minutes lesson , as an experienced educator I utilize hybrid style because it allows me to incorporate as many teaching styles as possible to reach to a diverse range of audience among my student., intensifying activity heightening the interaction with the learning resource breaking monotony so that my students process the information to the long term memory in a very interesting, enjoyable and memorable way.
