About
I hold a Bachelor's Degree in Educational Psychology and have accumulated over seven (7) years of professional experience working with children who have diverse learning and developmental challenges.
Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of teaching and supporting children with autism, ADHD, learning disabilities, and other special needs in both mainstream and specialized school environments. My background in educational psychology has equipped me with a deep understanding of child behavior, learning differences, and individualized instructional strategies. I consistently apply evidence-based interventions and personalized learning plans to help my students build confidence, independence, and academic growth.
Beyond classroom instruction, I have also collaborated with parents, therapists, and multidisciplinary teams to design holistic educational support systems tailored to each child's needs. This hands-on experience has strengthened my communication, empathy, and leadership skills — all essential qualities for cross-cultural and inclusive education settings.
I am particularly motivated by the opportunity this exchange program presents — to learn new approaches to inclusive education, share my classroom experience, and contribute to advancing special education practices in both Ghana and the host country. I am confident that my passion, adaptability, and proven commitment to children's development will make me a valuable addition to your program.
