Beyond instruction, I am data-driven and excel in supporting student development through social-emotional learning, behavior management, and individualized education plans, while maintaining clear and consistent communication with parents and stakeholders. My professional competencies also extend to proficiency in Microsoft Office, learning management systems, online teaching tools, and data analysis to monitor and enhance student progress. These skills and experiences have led to my appointment as the INSET (In-Service Training) Coordinator in our school, where I plan and collaborate with my school head to provide professional development opportunities for my fellow teachers.

I am Vergillou Sanga, a licensed professional teacher in the Philippines with nearly 24 years of experience in both private and public school settings. Throughout my career, I have developed a strong commitment to delivering quality, student-centered education and fostering an engaging, inclusive learning environment where every child can succeed. My teaching journey has equipped me with extensive experience across different grade levels specifically Kindergarten, Grade 1 and Grade 2 levels, allowing me to adapt my teaching strategies to meet the diverse needs of learners.
