Am an experienced,dedicated science teacher of Physics and chemistry in High school with over 15 years of teaching experience,I have strong classroom management techniques which provides learners with multiple learning experiences where they thrive well and excel academically. My teaching philosophy is the learner learning not the teacher teaching. I wish to use this philosophy well in the American classroom. In kenya I have gotten rewards in terms of certificates of recognition for being the best physics teacher in the country the year 2017.Taking students for science students exhibitions to national level.Am also a national chess arbiter and a chess coach in my school.Thank you
