My name is Susan Ndunge Ngui, and I have nearly 13 years of teaching experience in early childhood and lower primary education. I hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Studies from Mount Kenya University and a Diploma in Special Education from the Kenya Institute of Special Education, which has equipped me to work with learners of diverse abilities. Over the years, I have developed strong skills in lesson planning, classroom management, inclusive teaching, and collaboration with parents and colleagues, and I have successfully implemented projects that enhanced student engagement and learning outcomes. I have also received several awards in both academic and co-curricular activities, recognizing my dedication, creativity, and commitment to holistic child development.
