About
I am a dedicated and results-driven educator from Guyana with a strong academic background in Literacy and Educational Leadership. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Literacy and a Master’s degree in Leadership and Management, and I am currently pursuing a PhD in Education with a focus on transformational leadership and its impact on teaching and learning.
I bring twelve years of teaching experience across primary and secondary levels, with a particular strength in literacy development, English language instruction, and student-centered learning. I am passionate about creating engaging, inclusive, and supportive classroom environments that promote academic success and personal growth for all students.
Throughout my career, I have demonstrated strong leadership abilities, including supporting curriculum delivery, mentoring students, and contributing to school improvement initiatives.
