"My name is Sneha Sebastian, and I am a dedicated Special Educator with nearly five years of experience at Noor Centre for Special Needs in Doha, Qatar. I hold a B.Ed. in Special Education, where I was a University Rank Holder, reflecting my strong academic commitment, along with a Bachelor's degree in Economics. Throughout my career, I have developed and implemented IEPs, conducted student assessments, adapted curriculum, managed behavior, and collaborated with parents, teachers, and therapists to support student success. I also previously worked as a preschool teacher in Kerala, which strengthened my foundation in child development. My key strengths are creating inclusive learning environments, building positive relationships with students, and helping every child reach their full potential.
