About
I am a dedicated and passionate elementary and English teacher with over six years of teaching experience from Kindergarten to Grade 6. I hold a Bachelor of Secondary Education major in English and a Master of Arts in Educational Management, and I am currently pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy in Education major in Special Education. Throughout my teaching career, I have demonstrated strong classroom management skills and a student-centered approach to instruction, focusing on literacy development, inclusive education, and holistic learner growth. I have experience serving as a reading coordinator and have successfully implemented reading intervention programs that helped struggling and non-readers improve their reading skills. I am also actively involved in school programs and extracurricular activities, including coaching sports teams and leading school-based projects. I am committed to creating a safe, engaging, and supportive learning environment and aspire to contribute my skills and passion as an educator in a U.S. school setting.
