About
I am Shalom D. Albarico, an elementary teacher with 8 years of teaching experience as a classroom teacher handling the core subjects. I am currently teaching 4th grade learners at Escalante Elementary School in Negros Occidental, Philippines. I want to express my interest in applying as an elementary teacher in your school. I hold a bachelor's degree in elementary education with a major in general education from Philippine Normal University. I pursued a master’s in education majoring in educational management at Northern Negros State College of Science and Technology and graduated last June 17, 2023. I am very passionate about teaching children, and I see myself as a resourceful, adaptable, and creative teacher. I strive to create an inclusive learning environment where every child can be successful by implementing effective teaching strategies and utilizing technology to adapt to the needs of 21st-century learners. I have a proven track record of learners’ achievement using effective strategies to improve students’ reading and mathematical skills. I am a team player, and I love to collaborate with fellow teachers to share ideas and experiences for the improvement of the school and the learners. I am capable of forming bonds with parents and other school stakeholders to ensure collaboration in achieving educational success. Finally, I have successfully implemented numeracy and literacy intervention programs for the improvement of struggling learners in our school.
