About
I have been teaching for almost 10 years, starting my teaching career in 2016. Throughout my career, I have been teaching subjects under the academic field of Social Science, including Social Studies, History, and other related disciplines that help students understand society, culture, and civic responsibility. I began my teaching career in a private school, where I taught for one year, before joining the Department of Education (DepEd) Philippines. I was first assigned at Tagkawayan National High School, where I served for four years. After that, I was transferred to Lucena City National High School, where I continue to teach up to the present.
Currently, I am pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy in Curriculum and Instruction at Philippine Normal University, where I am now All But Dissertation (ABD). My professional strengths include effective classroom management, strong student engagement strategies, and the ability to integrate technology in teaching, as I am computer literate.
In addition to teaching, I have been serving as a Grade Level Coordinator for the past four years, where I help facilitate communication between teachers, administrators, and parents, ensuring that academic programs and student support systems run effectively. Through this leadership role, I also support fellow teachers and represent their concerns to school administrators. In recognition of my leadership and dedication, I was awarded Outstanding Grade Level Coordinator during the last school year.
