About
Licensed Early Childhood Educator with a strong academic and professional background in early learning and primary education. I hold a Nigeria Certificate in Education (NCE) in Primary Education and a Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, and I am a licensed teacher in my home country. I bring over two years of full-time classroom teaching experience, primarily teaching children ages 3–5 in preschool and early childhood settings.
I am skilled in delivering developmentally appropriate, child-centered instruction that supports early literacy, numeracy, creativity, and social-emotional development. My teaching practice includes phonics instruction, early writing, play-based learning, differentiated instruction, and positive behavior management, ensuring that all learners are supported in a safe and inclusive classroom environment.
I have proven experience in lesson planning, curriculum implementation, classroom assessment, parent communication, and collaboration with school leadership and colleagues. I have actively supported and participated in school-wide programs and special events such as graduation ceremonies, cultural celebrations, Mother’s Day activities, open days, and parent engagement programs, demonstrating strong organizational, leadership, and teamwork skills.
In addition to my teaching qualifications, I am the holder of a valid Nigerian Driver’s License and an International Driving Permit, reflecting flexibility, responsibility, and reliability. I am adaptable, culturally responsive, and committed to continuous professional development, making me well-suited for international teaching environments.
I am actively seeking a full-time Pre-K or Transitional Kindergarten teaching position in the United States under the J-1 Teacher Cultural Exchange Program, where I can contribute my skills, experience, and global perspective to support student success and enrich the school community.
