At St. Mary's High School, I managed to achieved the following;
Launched the Outside Learning Environments for teaching Chemistry and Biology subjects that lead to positive attitude change of learner toward science learning.
Introduced the use of digital assessment tools to conduct random assessment test that reduced the time for feedback to a maximum of 3 hours.
Pioneered the Co-Lesson planning in STEM Subjects that lead to enhanced lesson implementation and increased teacher confidence in lesson delivery.
Managed a team of 8 Chemistry members to plan and implement chemistry lessons and projects utilizing locally available materials cutting cost on materials.
Guided STEM members to come up with innovative project that managed to represent the school in National Science Fair Competitions in multiple times.
