About
I am a dedicated and passionate Mathematics educator with over three and a half years of teaching experience in Kenya. I hold a Bachelor of Education (Mathematics and Business Studies) from the University of Nairobi and am licensed by the Teachers Service Commission (TSC). Throughout my career, I have successfully taught Mathematics, Business Studies, and Pre-Technical Studies while creating engaging, learner-centered classrooms that promote critical thinking, problem-solving, and academic excellence.
Currently, I serve as both a Mathematics Teacher and Head of Junior School at Consolata School, Kiambu, where I lead curriculum implementation, mentor teachers, monitor student progress, and work closely with parents and school administrators to improve learning outcomes. I also integrate technology into teaching through coding and robotics, use differentiated instruction to support diverse learners, and employ data-driven assessment strategies to enhance student performance.
My key strengths include curriculum planning, classroom management, educational technology integration, effective communication, leadership, and collaboration. Beyond the classroom, I actively coordinate co-curricular programs, coach soccer, and organize school events, helping students develop both academically and personally.
