About
A dedicated and versatile educator with a strong academic foundation in both healthcare and education, this professional holds a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, providing a solid background in science, critical thinking, problem-solving, and human development. However, a deep passion for teaching led to a transition into education, earning a Certificate in Teaching Program (Secondary Level) to develop pedagogical skills and effectively guide and inspire students.
To further advance professional growth in the field of education, a Master’s degree in Management with a major in Educational Management was successfully completed. The commitment to continuous learning has also led to ongoing studies for a Doctorate Degree in Education Governance, aiming to expand expertise in education and share knowledge both in the Philippines and internationally.
With over three years and eight months of teaching experience in the Philippines, expertise includes teaching Senior High School, Science and other core subjects, as well as General Education subject at the tertiary level. Experience in higher education has refined the ability to mentor and train students, preparing them for academic and real-world applications of their knowledge.
Currently, serves as a Homeroom Teacher in the Primary Years Program (PYP) at an international school in Malaysia. As role involves nurturing young learners, fostering foundational knowledge, critical thinking, and inquiry-based learning in a diverse and global educational setting. Adaptability to various curricula, student needs, and school cultures highlights a strong commitment to creating a holistic and competitive learning environment.
With a well-rounded background in science, education management, and governance, along with experience in both secondary and tertiary education, as Professional Teacher passionate about inspiring students, refining teaching methodologies, and contributing to the development of high quality education.
