I am a goal-oriented educationist who takes pride in his work while aiming to attain the highest possible standards in teaching and learning of literacy and Numeracy with all proficiency. I am an innovative and committed education specialist who is able to teach outstanding lessons and also, I am able to provide leadership training to other colleague teachers. As an experienced professional teacher with a proven track record of learners’ progress, which have been evident in my learners’ performance and observations from my senior colleagues and supervisors. I am passionate about
thematically planning my lessons in line with the National Curriculum and my learners’ learning abilities and delivering an engaging and interactive lesson by particularly focusing on differentiated planning and tailoring my teaching methods to meet the individual needs and learning styles of all my learners. I am also committed to improving my subject knowledge and teaching methods by going through training and workshops and also organizing workshops for new teachers.
