This perspective drives me to seek environments that foster professional development and challenge me to continuously improve my teaching practice. I am committed to cultivating and empowering students to excel in English Language Arts while applying modern teaching strategies to enhance classroom instruction, curriculum development, and student engagement.
Alongside my work as an educator, I am a published author of several books and have used my passion for writing to support students and communities, particularly by developing their writing and reading skills through self-expression, critical thinking, and a deeper appreciation for literature.
