About
I am Raquelyn G. Frigillana, a graduate of Bachelor in Secondary Education major in Mathematics, with seven years of experience teaching Mathematics to 8th and 9th grade students. I am currently teaching at Malasila National Vocational and Technological High School and previously served as a substitute teacher at Jose Rizal High School in the same district of Makilala.
Throughout my teaching career, I have actively participated in professional development seminars, including training on Higher-Order Thinking Skills (HOTS) in Mathematics, which I integrate into my classroom instruction. During the pandemic, I also created video lessons to support student learning in a remote setting.
Beyond classroom teaching, I have demonstrated strong leadership and extracurricular involvement. I was recognized as Emcee/Host of the Year by my school and served as a winning coach in mathematics contests, guiding students to academic success. My experience reflects a strong commitment to effective instruction, student engagement, and continuous professional growth.
