My name is Raden O. Lampago from the Philippines.

I am a licensed professional teacher with 18 years of experience in elementary education. Currently, I teach Grade 6 learners and serve as School ICT Coordinator of Julio Arzaga Elementary School. I have taught Mathematics and general elementary subjects across Grades 2-6. My experience has strengthened my expertise in differentiated instruction, classroom management, and educational technology, enabling me to create engaging and inclusive learning environments for diverse learners.
Throughout my career with the Philippine Department of Education, I have consistently focused on measurable student growth. Through targeted interventions and differentiated instruction, I helped increase class proficiency from a 20% baseline to approximately 90%, while 85% of my Grade 6 learners achieved mastery level on end-of-year assessments. Beyond classroom teaching, I have contributed to educational technology initiatives, student information management, professional learning, and school improvement programs, strengthening my ability to collaborate effectively with students, families, colleagues, and school leaders.
I am excited about the J-1 Teacher Exchange Program as an opportunity to contribute my teaching experience while promoting meaningful cultural exchange. I look forward to sharing Philippine culture and educational perspectives with American students while learning innovative practices from U.S, schools that I can eventually bring back to my home community.
I believe I am a strong candidate for this job because I bring a combination of classroom expertise, school leadership experience as School ICT Coordinator and Learning Action Cell (LAC) Facilitator, adaptability and a passion for cultural exchange. I enjoy integrating technology into instruction, collaborating with colleagues, and helping students become confident, lifelong learners.
