About
My name is Rachel B. Bibat, a dedicated and passionate Primary Elementary Teacher with seven years of teaching experience in the Department of Education, Muntinlupa City. I specialize in creating inclusive, engaging, and learner-centered environments where every child can thrive academically, socially, and emotionally. I hold a Bachelor in Elementary Education (General Education) and have completed 12 units in Special Education, which strengthened my ability to provide differentiated instruction and effective strategies for diverse learners. In addition, I earned my Master of Arts in Education, Major in Educational Management, which enhanced my leadership and management skills both inside and outside the classroom.
Throughout my career, I have developed strong skills in classroom management, critical thinking, leadership, creativity, and ICT integration. These skills allow me to design engaging lessons, create modules, present video lessons, and incorporate technology into learning. My achievements include being a Google Certified Educator Level 1 (2026), recognized as the Best Classroom Action Research Presenter (2023–2024), and representing my school in the Division Research Parliament (2024). I have also contributed as a module writer, test writer, and video lesson presenter for Mother Tongue-Based Multilingual Education in Grade 2, and served as a Reading Teacher at the National Learning Camp.
My teaching journey began at South Crest School, Muntinlupa (2017–2018), where I taught Computer subjects to Grades 6–10. Since 2018, I have been teaching Grade 2 learners in the Department of Education, Muntinlupa City, focusing on inclusive education and differentiated instruction. I believe that every learner deserves equal opportunities to succeed, and my teaching philosophy emphasizes inclusivity, creativity, and holistic development, ensuring that students excel academically while also growing socially and emotionally.
