About
I am an experienced early childhood educator and school leader with over 12 years of teaching and leadership experience in international school settings. Currently serving as Head Teacher and Grade 2 Homeroom Teacher at Abacus International School in Kenya, I lead classroom practice while supporting whole-school operations and staff development.
I have a strong background in delivering the British National Curriculum and Accelerated Christian Education (A.C.E), designing engaging, student-centered lessons across core subjects. I have successfully supported learners in building strong literacy and numeracy foundations, while fostering confidence, independence, and a love for learning through differentiated and play-based approaches.
As a leader, I have mentored teachers, strengthened classroom practices, and contributed to programs that enhance student outcomes and school culture. I am passionate about collaboration, continuous improvement, and creating supportive environments where both students and educators thrive.
I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education from Kenyatta University and remain committed to shaping meaningful early learning experiences that prepare children for lifelong success.
I welcome opportunities to connect, collaborate, and contribute to forward-thinking educational communities.
