I am Kyei Baffour Prempeh, a passionate English educator, with over a decade experience across different levels of education, particularly the Junior High School. I am endowed with rich expertise in English Language Arts, strong literacy intervention and learner-centered instructional strategies tailored to suit diverse students learning needs. I hold a Bachelor of Education with specialization in English Language from the University of Cape Coast, Ghana. My knowledge in English and dedication to hardwork has over the years been rewarding across all levels of my professional life. Recognized with a Member of Parliament's Teachers and Education Workers Award, I am inspired to contribute to high-quality instruction that erupts critical thinking, strong literacy skills and confidence in my learners. Committed to fostering inclusivity, teamwork, and learner development, I ensure the classroom is safe and free from intimidation and discrimination where learners express themselves with confidence in respect and dignity. With proven expertise in curriculum facilitation, assessment and remedial support, I bring professionalism, adaptability and strong work ethics to every learning environment.
I am motivated to apply the skills, and experiences acquired over the years to help student achievement and uphold high instructional standards. My work experience outside the classroom adds to my skills in communication, leadership, organization, resourcefulness and professionalism.
