Dedicated and student-centered Mathematics teacher with over 10 years of experience teaching at both elementary and high school levels. Currently teaching at Ghanata Senior High School, I also serve as a House Mistress and Co-Chair of the Examination Committee, demonstrating strong leadership, student support, and organizational skills.
I hold a Diploma in Basic Education, a Bachelor’s degree, and a Master’s degree in Education, along with Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) from the United Kingdom. I bring a strong understanding of curriculum planning, data-driven instruction, and differentiated teaching strategies to meet the needs of diverse learners.
I have a proven ability to improve student achievement by creating engaging, inclusive, and supportive learning environments. I am particularly skilled in helping struggling learners build confidence and succeed in Mathematics through tailored instruction and continuous assessment.
In my leadership roles, I supervise and mentor students, promote positive behavior and well-being, and coordinate examination processes to ensure accuracy, fairness, and compliance with academic standards. I collaborate effectively with colleagues, parents, and administrators to support student success.
