About
I am a dedicated Mathematics Teacher with 12 years of experience in Secondary Education, specializing in delivering engaging, student-centered instruction. I am passionate about fostering academic growth through well-structured lesson planning, personalized teaching strategies, and continuous assessment of student progress. Throughout my career, I have consistently worked to create a disciplined yet supportive classroom environment that encourages critical thinking and confidence in mathematics.
Currently, I serve as a Mathematics Teacher at Bacoor National High School – Main, where I design and implement interactive lessons aligned with curriculum standards, monitor learner performance, and collaborate closely with fellow educators and parents to support student development. My role has strengthened my ability to manage diverse classrooms, apply effective behavioral strategies, and adapt teaching methods to meet varied learning needs.
Previously, I taught both elementary and high school students at Victorious Christian Montessori, where I facilitated engaging instructional activities, prepared learning materials, and maintained accurate academic records. This experience enhanced my versatility as an educator and deepened my understanding of foundational and advanced mathematical concepts.
I hold a Bachelor of Secondary Education major in Mathematics and am currently pursuing a Master of Education major in Administration and Supervision, having completed 36 units. My professional strengths include creative lesson planning, classroom and behavioral management, strong communication skills, time management, and critical thinking.
