I am an experienced Art and Design educator and department head with over twelve years of teaching experience and five years serving as Head of the Art Department. I hold a Bachelor of Education from Kenyatta University, Nairobi, Kenya. I have taught Art and Design from Year 1 through Year 13, including A-Level, and have extensive experience in curriculum planning, staff supervision, assessment, and departmental leadership. My skills include human resource management, lesson planning, learner assessment and reporting, and the effective integration of technology in teaching. I am proficient in Google Drive, Microsoft Office, and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop). I am committed to creating a safe, inclusive, and inspiring learning environment aligned with school values, child protection, and safeguarding policies.
