Me working in a special needs institution,I have interacted and worked with learners with diverse needs, my roles involving development of IEPs using multi sensory and play based approaches to make learning meaniful and inclusive, working closely with therapists and parents to ensure consistency between school and home and creating a warm,structured classroom environment where every learner is valued and capable.
