About
I am a dedicated and passionate licensed educator with over six years of experience teaching and supporting learners in primary and early years education. I currently serve as an Assistant Teacher at the International School of Lusaka, where I work collaboratively with lead teachers to create engaging, student-centered learning experiences in an international school environment.
Previously, I worked as a Learning Support Teacher, providing individualized instruction and support to students with diverse learning needs. This experience strengthened my ability to differentiate instruction, monitor student progress, and build positive relationships with students and their families. I also have experience teaching across early years and primary grade levels, giving me the flexibility to support learners at different stages of development.
I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Educational Psychology, which has given me a strong understanding of child development, inclusive education, and effective teaching strategies. My key strengths include classroom management, lesson support, differentiated instruction, collaboration, communication, and creating safe, inclusive learning environments where every child can thrive.
Throughout my career, I have remained committed to helping students grow academically, socially, and emotionally. I am eager to bring my experience, enthusiasm, and dedication to a U.S. school community while continuing to grow as an educator and make a positive impact on student learning.
