About
My name is Miradel G. Baynosa, a licensed teacher from the Philippines. I am a dedicated and experienced educator in the Department of Education primary school with 7 years in classroom teaching in years 1 and 2. I am now seeking teaching opportunities at your school.
I completed my Bachelor in Elementary Education (BEED), majoring in General Education from Cebu Technological University. Additionally, l completed a 30 credits unit in Master of Education major in Administration and Supervision from Cebu Technological University.
I am deeply passionate about delivering high quality education and establishing a safe and inclusive environment to develop social skills and positive behavior. At Lapu-Lapu City Central Elementary School, where I am currently working, I am teaching using engaging lessons and activities based on the curriculum. What I also love about teaching children is that you can support their natural development daily. I’ll be happy to use my knowledge and skills about positive reinforcement techniques to create an encouraging learning environment and help kids reach learning goals.
I am confident that my teaching philosophy aligns with your school’s values and quickly adapts to US curriculum and educational standards. I am eager to embrace the challenges and opportunities that come with teaching abroad and contributing to a diverse and vibrant school community.
