I am a licensed Secondary Physics and Science educator with over 23 years of experience in teaching, educational leadership, curriculum development, and research. Throughout my career, I have been committed to helping students develop critical thinking, scientific curiosity, and a lifelong passion for learning.

I currently serve as the Principal of Tagum Sur National High School in the Philippines while also teaching as a college instructor. My experience spans classroom instruction in Physics, General Science, and Mathematics, teacher mentoring, instructional coaching, curriculum planning, and school improvement initiatives. I believe that effective teaching combines strong subject expertise with meaningful relationships, high expectations, and innovative instructional practices.

As a leader, I value collaboration, integrity, accountability, and continuous professional growth. I have led school-based programs that promote data-driven instruction, teacher development, and student achievement while fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.

I am passionate about STEM education and enjoy integrating technology, inquiry-based learning, and research into the classroom to prepare students for future challenges. I thrive in diverse educational settings and enjoy working with colleagues, parents, and the wider community to support student success.
