I am also proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, which I use for lesson preparation, record keeping, presentations, and other professional responsibilities.
I am committed to continuous professional development and have participated in training programs including Right To Play, Play-Based Learning and Integration, Professional Development Interventions, and Developing Play for Lesson Delivery.

ABOUT ME
I am a dedicated, passionate, and experienced professional teacher from Ghana with approximately 13years of experience in basic education. I currently serve as a teacher at Tebu M/A Basic School, where I teach Social Studies and Creative Arts to students in Grades 7–9. I also contribute to the school community as a Sports Teacher, Cultural Coordinator, and Chaplain.
I am passionate about creating a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment where every student feels valued and motivated to learn. I use practical teaching methods, visual learning materials, creative activities, and student-centered approaches to make lessons meaningful and enjoyable. I am also committed to identifying students who need additional support and providing remedial instruction to help them reach their academic potential.
ACHIEVEMENTS
One of my major achievements has been improving my students' overall class average performance from 58% to 82% within one academic year through targeted remedial teaching and additional academic support. I also achieved a 95% BECE pass rate for my relevant subject/class in 2025 and 2026. In addition, I introduced innovative teaching and learning materials and visual learning techniques that improved student participation and retention. I have consistently demonstrated professionalism by maintaining 100% preparation and submission of lesson notes throughout the academic year.
WORK EXPERIENCE
I have approximately 13 years of teaching experience across several public basic schools in Ghana. I have worked at Formanso M/A Basic School, Obokwashie M/A Basic School, Gbawe Gonse M/A Basic School, and currently Tebu M/A Basic School.
Throughout my career, I have been responsible for lesson planning and delivery, classroom management, student assessment, remedial teaching, academic record keeping, guidance and counseling, student mentorship, and collaboration with parents and fellow teachers. I have also organized and supervised sports, cultural activities, music, drama, clubs, and other co-curricular programs.
