About
I am a qualified and dedicated teacher with proven experience in effective classroom instruction, lesson planning and student assessment. I possess strong communication skills, cultural awareness, and the ability to adapt teaching strategies to diverse learners. I am a graduate in Bachelor of Secondary Education major in English, and currently teaching as 1st Grade teacher for 5 years now. Before I was appointed as permanent teacher in Department of Education , I gain my two years in teaching voluntarily in Department of Education under the program of ALTERNATIVE LEARNING SYSTEM, in which the high opportunity of all out-of-school youth that haven't pursue their educational aspects in different reasons. I believe my capabilities being a gives more emphasis on how diverse learners learn and show potentials in becoming a learned individual.
