About
I am a dedicated and experienced Special Education teacher with over 10 years of professional experience in teaching and supporting learners with diverse needs. I hold a Master of Education (M.Ed) in Special Education from the University of Cape Coast, which has equipped me with strong theoretical and practical knowledge in inclusive education, behavior management, and individualized instruction.
Throughout my career, I have developed expertise in working with students with emotional and behavioral disorders, learning disabilities, and developmental challenges. I am skilled in designing and implementing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), differentiating instruction, and using evidence-based strategies to support student growth and independence.
I have strong classroom management skills and a passion for creating inclusive, safe, and engaging learning environments. I am also proficient in using educational technology and digital platforms to enhance teaching and learning outcomes.
One of my key achievements is successfully improving student engagement and academic performance through tailored interventions and collaborative work with parents, therapists, and other educators. My ability to adapt to diverse classroom settings and cultures makes me well-suited for international teaching environments.
In addition to my professional experience, I am hardworking, flexible, and committed to continuous professional development. I am eager to contribute my skills and experience to support students’ academic and social success while also growing as an educator in a dynamic school community.
