I am a dedicated and results-oriented Mathematics teacher with 11 years of teaching experience at OLA Senior High School, Ho. Over the years, I have developed a strong passion for helping students understand and appreciate Mathematics by making lessons engaging, practical, and student-centred. I am committed to academic excellence and to nurturing learners to reach their full potential.
I possess strong subject knowledge in Mathematics and effective classroom management skills, which have enabled me to consistently deliver quality instruction. I am skilled in lesson planning, continuous assessment, and the use of varied teaching methods to address different learning abilities. I also work well both independently and as part of a team, contributing positively to the overall academic environment of the school.
Throughout my teaching career, I have recorded improved student performance in internal and external examinations, including WASSCE results. I have successfully prepared students for examinations, mentored learners academically and personally, and supported colleagues through collaboration and academic planning. My experience has also strengthened my leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
With over a decade of classroom experience, I remain enthusiastic about professional growth and committed to making a meaningful impact in education through dedication, integrity, and continuous improvement.
