I am a dedicated elementary teacher with over three years of experience in a British Curriculum international school, combined with a strong academic background in Psychology and ongoing graduate training in Clinical Psychology. My professional journey bridges education and mental health, allowing me to support students not only academically but also socially and emotionally.
In my teaching role, I have successfully created engaging, student-centered classrooms that promote critical thinking, inclusivity, and positive behavior. I have experience differentiating instruction to meet diverse learning needs, supporting students with varying abilities, and integrating social-emotional learning (SEL) strategies into daily lessons. My approach focuses on building strong relationships with students to foster confidence, resilience, and a love for learning.
Alongside my teaching experience, I have worked as a Substance Use and Addiction Counselor (Intern), where I conducted psychological assessments, facilitated group therapy sessions, and supported individuals in recovery.
