I am miss Mary Odonkor ,a passionate and hardworking EarlyChildhood educator.I have a background of bachelors degree in earlychildood education with four years experience dedicated to the growth and development of young children.I like to create a safe ,nurturing and engaging environment where learners feel very confident to explore,learn and express themselves.I have a good communication and effective management skills of the learning environment,which helps me to interact with learners, parent and fellow educators.In my professional journey in teaching earlychildhood, I am experienced in planning and implementing lesson for young children in accordance with the school curriculum.Organised classroom play activities that supports children's social,emotional and cognitive development.One of my achievements is through supporting young learners build their confidence and improve their communication and learning abilities with the help of classroom play base activities and positive encouragement.I feel honored in creating supportive learning environment where learners feel safe, valued and motivated to do more.
