I am a qualified teacher having worked for over 14 years. I do have counselling skills and have counselled many students during my career as a teacher. At the same time, I have mentored trainee and new teachers who were either posted to the schools or employed. I am passionate about teaching and I take joy in looking at my former students who still keep in touch even after their high school studies. I have worked closely with parents over the years, even helping some parents accept when their children have special needs and how we can work together towards helping them.
In extra curricula activities, one of my students performed so well that he went all the way to the national level in the drama festivals.
About
I am an early childhood education teacher with over fourteen years experience and have taught various classes from K1 to Grade 2. During the period, I have also mentored trainee and new teachers and have seen them excel. I have previously worked as a kindergarten senior teacher at Jabali Christian School , before transitioning to Kiota School, Karen Campus.
