I am a dedicated and passionate educator with more than 28 years of teaching experience in both public and international school settings. As a certified K–6 teacher and ESL specialist, I am committed to creating engaging, inclusive, and student-centered learning environments that promote academic excellence, character development, and lifelong learning.

Throughout my career, I have taught a wide range of grade levels and subjects, developing strong expertise in curriculum planning, classroom management, differentiated instruction, and student assessment. I currently serve as an English Language Specialist in Uzbekistan, where I teach English as a Second Language using the Cambridge curriculum. In this role, I help students strengthen their listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills while fostering confidence in using English for academic and real-world communication.

My professional strengths include effective communication, leadership, adaptability, cross-cultural collaboration, and the ability to build positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues. I am skilled in integrating technology into instruction, designing engaging lessons, and supporting diverse learners to achieve their full potential.

Among my achievements are successfully teaching in international educational settings, mentoring students and fellow educators, leading school-based programs, and contributing to initiatives that improve student learning outcomes. My extensive experience as a classroom teacher, reading teacher, journalism adviser, school leader, and English specialist has equipped me with a broad understanding of educational best practices and a deep commitment to student success.
