Besides my teaching skills, I am also a coach for netball, basketball. I am a trainer in music, poetry, public speaking and agriculture.
About
I am an elementary school teacher with a teaching experience of 16 years. I believe that every learner can learn but when offered a conducive environment and so I greatly use differentiation with student centered approaches and through this I have seen learners improve. I am a team player because I also believe that teaching is most effective when it is a collaborative activity rather than an individual task. I greatly value classroom management skills because it is only when the class is well managed that teaching will take place.
