About
I am Mark Paul Salino, a licensed professional teacher based in Calbayog City, Samar, Philippines. I hold a Bachelor of Secondary Education major in Music, Arts, Physical Education, and Health, and a Master of Arts in Educational Management, graduating with strong academic performance. I have eight years of teaching experience at Malajog Integrated School, where I have handled Grade Seven to Grade Ten learners and taught Music, Arts, Physical Education, and Health. My professional skills include effective classroom management, instructional technology integration, content planning, student engagement, and assessment. I am highly skilled in music instruction, dance coaching, visual and creative arts, sports coaching, fitness training, movement education, and health and wellness education. I have served as a winning coach in dance and track and field competitions and have been awarded District Most Outstanding Music, Arts, Physical Education, and Health Teacher multiple times. I have also taken leadership roles as School Sports Coordinator, Culture and Arts Coordinator, Scouting Coordinator, and School Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Coordinator, earning district recognition for this role. My achievements include authorship of a research study on sports programs and athlete performance.
