As a dedicated educator with over 19 years of experience in teaching science, leading department initiatives and designing contextualized curricula, I am eager to bring my passion for student-centered education and inclusive pedagogy to your academic community.
Throughout my tenure as Secondary School Teacher VI at Mabalacat National High School, Mabalacat City Pamopanga, Philippines, I have demonstrated a strong commitment for academic excellence, student engagement and professional leadership. My pedagogical approach heavily integrates hands-on inquiry, gamified learning frameworks, differentiated instruction and literacy and numeracy integration. Additionally, my background includes developing tailored instructional strategies for SPED learners, particularly hearing-impaired students in inclusive secondary settings.
In addition to classroom instruction, I have served in key leadership capacities, including 10th Grade Coordinator, Science Department Coordinator and Supreme Government Adviser. My duty extends beyond the school level; I have authored national curriculum guides for the National Academy of Sports and served as a resource person for teacher-retooling workshops. These experiences have equipped me with the flexibility and administrative capability required to thrive in diverse educational environments in the United States.
