About
I am currently teaching in Elementary for 11 years including my experience in private school. I've been very particular on the student's achievement. I am also passionate about creating a safe, inclusive, and engaging classroom where students are encouraged to learn, grow, and succeed. I use positive classroom management strategies, establish clear routines, and build strong relationships to promote respect, responsibility, and active participation. I have extensive experience teaching reading through phonics, guided reading, and differentiated instruction, helping struggling learners become confident readers.
