I am Maria Gelen G. Bravo a dedicated and innovative educator with an extensive background in English language teaching and educational leadership. At 36 years old, I have built a robust academic profile, holding a Bachelor of Secondary Education major in English from University of the Visayas-Danao City Campus, and a Master of Arts in Education major in English Language Teaching from Cebu Technological University. Advancing my commitment to the field, she I am currently pursuing a Doctor of Education major in Educational Management Development, where I am finalizing my thesis titled, “Instructional Leadership as Predictor of Job Performance of Teachers in Basic Education.” With a strong passion for tech-driven learning, action research, and curriculum design, I specializes in creating tailored worksheets and impactful educational materials. My forward-thinking approach earned the prestigious Best Reading Innovation Award in our district for the 2025–2026 school year. Currently, I am balances my doctoral studies with classroom teaching, instructionally leading Grade 7 and Grade 11 students in English. I am results-driven professional who consistently delivers excellence in every administrative and academic task assigned towards me.
