I am a dedicated Grade 1 teacher with over eight years of teaching experience, specializing in early childhood education, reading, and literacy development. Throughout my teaching career, I have developed strong skills in patience, adaptability, flexibility, classroom management, and differentiated instruction. I strive to create a positive and supportive learning environment where young learners feel confident, motivated, and encouraged to learn.
One of my greatest strengths is developing foundational reading and literacy skills. I have been recognized as a Best Reading Teacher and Reading Implementer for three consecutive years, reflecting my commitment to helping learners develop strong reading abilities. My experience has taught me to understand and respond to the different learning needs of young children, using engaging and appropriate strategies to build their confidence and academic skills.
With my years of experience, I have learned that effective teaching requires not only knowledge and preparation but also compassion, patience, creativity, and the willingness to continuously learn and adapt. I am committed to helping every learner build a strong foundation that will support their success throughout their education.
