I am a dedicated and passionate elementary teacher with more than 12 years of experience in planning and delivering engaging, learner-centered lessons that support students’ academic growth and character development. I have worked in classroom settings where I designed age-appropriate activities, implemented effective classroom management strategies, and created a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
I have experienced teaching first, fifth and sixth graders where I consistently integrated differentiated instructions to address the diverse needs of my students. I am school mathematics coordinator in our school; I provide leadership and support to enhance mathematics education. I implement innovative strategies that cater to diverse learner needs, addressing the school's numeracy gap and fostering critical thinking and problem-solving skills. My work also focuses on developing the numeracy skills of students who need extra attention
My achievements include consistently meeting instructional goals, receiving positive feedback from school administrators and parents, and contributing to collaborative lesson planning with colleagues. I also got an award in our division as an Outstanding teacher. I am committed to continuous professional growth and believe that every child can succeed when provided with high expectations, structure, and care.
