About
It is with great enthusiasm that I submit my application for an Elementary Teacher position at your esteemed school, with the capability to handle Elementary General Subjects, English, Mathematics, and Social Studies from Kindergarten to Grade 6. Driven by a strong passion for education and a steadfast commitment to academic excellence, I am eager to contribute my knowledge, professional expertise, and teaching experience to support the intellectual growth and holistic development of young learners. I am willing to serve wherever my qualifications and specialization best meet the needs of your school, and should there be teaching opportunities aligned with my academic background and areas of expertise, I would be honored to apply and render my dedicated service.
I am Marc Lionel D. Sanchez, Teacher II at Payapa Elementary School, Tagkawayan District II, Schools Division of Quezon Province, and a resident of Barangay Sto. Tomas, Tagkawayan, Quezon. I hold a Bachelor of Elementary Education major in General Education from Southern Luzon State University-Judge Guillermo Eleazar, Tagkawayan Campus (2018) and passed the Licensure Examination for Teachers in March 2019. I completed my Master of Arts in Education, major in Administration and Supervision, at the University of Northeastern Philippines in Iriga City last July 2025. Additionally, I am a Certified Education Specialist (CEdS) affiliated with Nexxus Professional Review and Certification, Inc., and a Teaching English as Foreign Language (TEFL)-certified through TeacherRecord.com, equipping me with strong instructional and leadership competencies aligned with current educational standards.
With four (4) years of teaching experience as an Elementary Teacher, Substitute Teacher, and Locally Funded Teacher, I have developed a strong foundation in pedagogy, instructional design, and learner-centered strategies. These roles allowed me to refine my classroom management skills, apply differentiated instruction, and integrate 21st-century teaching approaches to address diverse learning needs. Through these experiences, I have also strengthened my communication, collaboration, and professional engagement skills, enabling me to build meaningful relationships within the academic community. I am confident that these competencies will allow me to effectively transition into higher education and contribute positively as a university instructor.
