I am a dedicated and passionate educator with 10 years of teaching experience, including 8 years in public education and 2 years in a private school setting. Throughout my career, I have been committed to creating a positive, inclusive, and student-centered learning environment that promotes academic growth, critical thinking, and character development.
As a Filipino teacher, I have successfully designed and implemented engaging lessons aligned with curriculum standards, integrated technology into instruction, and utilized data-driven strategies to improve student performance. My experience has strengthened my classroom management, communication, collaboration, and instructional leadership skills.
Among my accomplishments are consistently achieving high student participation and performance rates, mentoring students in academic competitions and school activities, and actively contributing to school programs and professional development initiatives. I am also pursuing a Master of Education degree to further enhance my knowledge and effectiveness as an educator.
