About

1. Deliver undergraduate lectures and laboratory classes in Biology and related disciplines, including Zoology, Botany, Genetics, Human Anatomy and Physiology, Earth Science, Developmental Biology, and Biophysics.
2. Develop and implement course syllabi, lesson plans, laboratory manuals, instructional materials, and assessment tools aligned with curriculum outcomes.
3. Facilitate engaging, student-centered learning through lectures, laboratory experiments, discussions, demonstrations, and inquiry-based activities.
4. Assess student learning through examinations, laboratory reports, research projects, presentations, quizzes, and practical assessments, providing timely and constructive feedback.
5. Supervise laboratory activities while ensuring compliance with laboratory safety protocols and the proper use and maintenance of scientific equipment and materials.
6. Advise and mentor students on academic progress, research activities, and professional development.
7. Participate in curriculum review, course enhancement, and quality assurance initiatives to improve instructional effectiveness.
8. Conduct scholarly research and contribute to academic publications, extension services, and community engagement activities.
9. Maintain accurate academic records, including attendance, grades, course documentation, and student performance reports.
10. Collaborate with faculty members, academic committees, and university administrators in departmental meetings, accreditation activities, and institutional programs.
11. Participate in professional development programs, seminars, workshops, and conferences to enhance teaching competence and disciplinary expertise.
12. Perform other academic and administrative responsibilities assigned by the department and university in support of institutional goals.
