About
I am a dedicated and qualified Biology and Science teacher with six years of experience teaching secondary school students. I hold a Bachelor of Education (Science) from Kenyatta University and a valid teaching license from the Kenya Teachers Service Commission. I am passionate about delivering student-centered, standards-based instruction that promotes inquiry, critical thinking, and academic achievement.
I have experience teaching Biology to Grades 10–12, preparing students for national examinations, and designing engaging lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards. My skills include differentiated instruction, classroom and behavior management, laboratory organization and safety, assessment, and the integration of hands-on learning strategies. I have also supported students with learning disabilities by providing individualized academic and emotional support.
My commitment to excellence has been recognized through awards such as Best Performing Biology Teacher in KCSE 2023 and 2025 and recognition as a STEM Educator.
