About
I am a qualified Physics teacher with 11 years of teaching experience in the Philippines, Thailand, and Uzbekistan. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Secondary Education, majoring in Physical Science, from Eulogio “Amang” Rodriguez Institute of Science and Technology in Manila, and a Graduate Diploma in Science Teaching, majoring in Physics, from the University of the Philippines Open University. I am currently completing my Master of Arts in Education, major in Science.
I currently teach IGCSE and AS/A Level Physics at a Presidential School in Uzbekistan, where I also serve as a Physics Subject Lead. My professional experience includes teaching Cambridge and Pearson Edexcel curricula, examination preparation, practical laboratory work, curriculum planning, assessment, student performance analysis, and supporting students with diverse learning needs.
Throughout my career, I have developed a strong passion for helping students develop scientific thinking, problem-solving skills, and curiosity through inquiry, experimentation, and real-world applications of Physics. I also have experience collaborating with international teaching teams, developing learning and assessment resources, and contributing to academic improvement initiatives.
Having taught in three different countries, I have developed strong adaptability, communication skills, cultural awareness, and the ability to work effectively in diverse educational environments. I am committed to continuous professional development and to creating a positive, challenging, and supportive learning environment where students can achieve their full potential.
